 PARTNER PORTAL NOTICE

Welcome to the Alchemy Solutions (“ASI” or “our”) Partner Portal website (“Portal”). When you (“Partner”) as an ASI partner log in to this Portal you should be aware that there are certain restrictions on your use of the information contained in the Portal, as set forth in the partner agreement your company has entered into with us. By logging in you agree to the terms below.

  • The Materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, summarize or translate the Materials without our prior written permission. Any modifications, summaries, or translations of the Materials you make (or have your agents make) shall be deemed owned by ASI as of the moment of creation and you (on behalf of Partner) hereby assign to ASI all right, title and interest in and to any such modifications, summaries or translations of the Materials.

  • Materials marked “Alchemy Solutions Confidential” are only to be shared with those who are employees or contractors of your Partner company who are under the partner agreement unless specifically authorized by in writing by Alchemy Solutions. Materials that are not marked “Alchemy Solutions Confidential” may be used and distributed solely for ASI-related business purposes and only pursuant to the terms of the partner agreement.

  • You may use the Materials only so long as Partner is a partner under the partner agreement. Should Partner cease to be a partner under such agreement, you must stop all use and distribution of the Materials, return any printed materials to us and delete all electronic copies you possess or control. Any further use of the Materials after termination shall be considered infringement of our intellectual property rights. After termination you shall have no right to access the Portal and you agree not to attempt to access the Portal.

  • You must register all leads with ASI and have them verified as new. Where the lead is already established with another Partner or ASI the lead registration may be rejected. ASI will explain any changes to the lead. ASI recommends that you register your leads as soon as they are established.

  • ASI does not warrant that the website software, content or the Materials offered in the Portal will function properly or will be accessible at all times. For example, the on-line Partner support system may not be available at certain times due to maintenance requirements, or due to technical issues outside of the control of ASI.

  • You must not provide your login information to anyone who is not an employee or contractor of your Partner company. If you learn that your login information is or might be used by another person, please let us know immediately so that we can block such login and provide you with new login credentials.
